The Safety Suite whole Authority Audit system is a very powerful, and time saving, tool to carry out audits right across all activities within a Local Authority. The time saving arises because: -
- A PDA or similar with pre-loaded questions can be used
- Additional questions can be created on line and exported to the PDA
- All questions can be provided with pre-set answers to ensure comparable statistics across establishments
- Question categories can be defined, e.g. Essential, Desirable, Optional
- Question weightings can be set
- Audit responses are uploaded via the web
- The draft report, including related action plans, is available immediately
- Audited sites can respond on line to their action plans
- There is full statistical analysis of results
The self-audit facility within the system allows Authorities to audit any area of activity to establish a base line for the topic across the establishments surveyed. This facility also produces full statistical information and immediate action plans for sites if required.
