GasGuard™5 - Oxygen / Acetylene Services Isolation System

The GasGuard™5 is the complete Oxygen and Acetylene gas proving system based on Flamefast's 20 years of experience with gas proving
solutions. The GasGuard™5 Gas Proving System provides
protection from gas leaks in Oxy/Acetylene applications both in schools and general industry. This unique system provides a full pressure test of all the downstream gas supply pipework from a
single control panel.

The system consists of a wall mounted control panel and degreased solenoid valves and gas pressure sensors. The interface between the
control panel and each of the actuators only requires a five core cable. Gas availability times can be set manually from 1 to 9 hours ( in one hour increments). This is particularly useful as it negates the risk of gas being left on overnight or over holiday periods.

The Oxygen and Acetylene valves are operated and tested separately. However, if any leak is detected or the external interfaces are activated both gases are isolated immediately.
