Adapto Needleflame Torch |

The combination of Adapto Needleflame torch and Portaflame unit produce a fine, precise flame for silver soldering and are ideal for jewellers, model makers, dental and instrument technicians. The Adapto Needleflame torch is so precise, soldering is possible in locations that an electrical soldering iron cannot reach. The kit comprises a Needleflame torch,air pump, twinned colour coded tubing and cast iron base. It can be used effectively with the Portaflame to form a self-contained soldering unit. Reverse flow protection is not required as the air and gas mix after leaving the nozzle. The torch is cool enough to hold by hand as the sleeve is insulated. The Portaflame gives an instant gas supply and combines a fixed pressure regulator, control valve and stand, tubing and adaptor. The gas supply is provided by the small screw on butane cartridges. The Portaflame will operate not only the Needleflame Kit but also the Mouthblown Torch.

Adapto Pencil Torch |

The Adapto Pencil Torch is a precision instrument with multiple usage. It is ideal for dental work, modelmaking and all soft soldering projects. The Adapto Pencil Torch can only be used with Natural Gas and provides a long thin flame which is ideal in situations where high heat is not required. The Jet of pure natural gas entrains the adjacent air for complete combustion. No air pump or blower fan is required. The needle valve precisely controls the flame length of up to 80mm. The torch will operate in any attitude. The solid, stable base gives static positions of 30°, 60° or 90°. The Pencil Torch has an insulated stainless steel barrel which remains cool during intense use making it ideal for hand held use. The Adapto Pencil Torch was designed prImarily for Flame-brushing wax moulds by dental technicians but has been found to be ideally suited for many other uses including soft soldering and small silver soldering projects.

RF10 RF80 Gas Torches |

A range of single hand operated soldering and brazing torches developed for fine jewellery and heavy brazing. The Flamefast RF range of Gas/Air torches is constructed from nickel plated brass with a heat resistant steel burner head ensuring a long and reliable service. Two torches are available, the RF80 which is designed for heavy brazing and the RF10 which is smaller in size with a heat output ideal for fine jewellery. Permanent pilot flame, parking hook, screwed connections for flexible hoses and work piece cooling by rapid air blast plus a choice of models for natural or bottled gas, make the RF range of gas/air torches simple and convenient to use. Built-in balance and position of controls enables effortless single handed operation. Instantaneous adjustment of flame size, shape and intensity over the full range is achieved by a single rotary control valve and air throttle button. Also available are the T2 and T4 torches developed for use with low pressure compressed air. They are similar in size and flame characteristics to the RF series. The torches are designed to operate only with the Flamefast 9MS8 whisper quiet blower fan.

T2 T4 Gas Air Torches |

Developed to give a wide range of flames at the turn of a valve, these torches are ideal for brazing, soldering, metal melting, heat treatment, glass, lead and tinning work. The Flamefast T range of Gas/Air torches are constructed from nickel plated brass with a heat resistant steel burner head ensuring a long and reliable service. Two torches are available, the T4 which is designed for heavy brazing and the T2 which is smaller in size with a heat output for more delicate work. The torches are designed to work with an air supply pressure regulated at 4 lbs/in2 - 270 mbar. Permanent pilot flame, parking hook, screwed connections for flexible hoses and work piece cooling by rapid air blast plus a choice of models for natural or bottled gas, make the T range of gas/air torches simple and convenient to use. The built-in balance and position of controls enables effortless single handed operation. Instantaneous adjustment of flame size, shape and intensity over the full range is achieved by a single rotary control valve and air throttle button. If the air supply is delivered by an air compressor, a non return valve and pressure gauge must be fitted in the air line. If the air supply is delivered by a vane compressor a non return valve is not needed in the air line.
